The Purchaser expressly agrees that the Company's responsibility for the physical item ceases entirely once the logistics provider registers the item as collected. Any claims for loss in transit must be directed to the carrier.

The Company reserves the right to cancel dispatch and issue a refund if logistical fulfillment is deemed impossible or commercially unviable due to restricted delivery zones.

2. Carrier Selection and Liability Transfer

The Company utilizes premium third-party logistics providers. Upon handing over the parcel to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you. We hold absolutely no liability for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.
